Break for a while… Maybe Indefinitely

School is back in session and I am becoming more and more busy. Therefore, I am going to take a break from blogging for a while and concentrate on my personal, professional, and educational lives.

I will be taking a break from blogging for a while. Under certain family occurrences, I do not have time for this while working full time and going to school part time. Maybe I will be back soon, maybe it will be a while. Stay Tuned!

Death by Pig

To break up and just add a little bit of personal info, my dog is interesting being. He is wonderful, but he has really bad separation anxiety. One of the things that the behaviorist and friends told us to do was give him a stuff animal that smells like you and let him sleep with it. We gave him an old pig I’ve had for ages and in fact, I don’t know how I acquired it. This pig goes with him everywhere. He always cares him by either his neck or head, which is interesting considering my dog is only 20 pounds. The one thing we have told him is how to fetch his pig (no we are not throwing the pig), not kill the pig and love on the pig. Any ways, today he decided to carry the pig down the stairs and drop him half way. It completely look like the pig jumped off the top of our stairs and landed. I had to take a picture and here it is! I hope you enjoy!

New Years Resolution, Well Sorta!

I have to say that none of my New Year’s “resolutions” really have to deal with this blog. I start school in a few weeks again and this might go to the side depending upon how crazy going to school part time for a Masters Degree and working full time becomes. However, I am determined to

1) Lower our grocery bill and other bills, if possible

2) Start exercising 3-4 times a week, again

3) Eat a lot healthier, especially eat more vegetables and fruits.

I would also love to pay all of the hubby’s and I school loans off by December 2010, instead of the November 2012. We will see what we can do! We are definitely looking at how to decrease all of our spending habits to pay stuff off faster. We both want to start renovating parts of our house and in order to do that we definitely need to pay off debt first. We will see!

ModCloth Buy

I have been trying to lose a little bit of weight, not really because I need to, but more or less I want my clothes to fit a little better. To celebrate that I lost five pounds, I bought this dress from Mod Cloth. The hubby did the final pick.

When I tried it on, it fits perfectly, except the boobs/chest/bust area. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do about whether I am going to 1) return it, 2) take it to the tailor’s or 3) ignore it. We will see.

Boy Scouts

Boy Scouts is not really looked upon very well; however, my husband’s parents met and raised their children in it. They continue to be very involved, including my husband. Going up my husband has been able to do tons of stuff, most people don’t even think about doing. So for a week and half we will be in Boy Scout Land. I will be cooking and my husband will be helping and doing Boy Scout stuff. See you in a while!
