Crafts to Remember: Even More Earrings

Monday, December 22nd, 2008

This pair of earrings I made for a co-worker of mine for her birthday. Very simple, very easy. I used beads I had and followed the tutorial on this site:

Very easy instructions if you have or haven’t made jewelry before! :)

Crafts to Remember: Earrings

Monday, December 22nd, 2008

Tonight, I worked on a pair of earrings. These are going to be sent to a friend of mine for a graduation gift, along with a purple & gold shawl.
I also made a logo. I don’t know when I will ever need a logo, but it is good to have one! It is the little “flower” in the right upper corner.

Crafts to Remember: Christmas Baskets

Sunday, December 21st, 2008

For a few of my co-workers, P & I made movie date baskets for them. For two of them, it was a Christmas gift. For the other two, it was to say thank you to them for one reason or another. In the baskets, there were m&ms, candy kisses, popcorn, Coke Classic in the glass bottles, & a movie. Everyone loved them! I received several compliments about them. Here are a few pictures of them below:

Crafts to Remember: Christmas Ornaments Completed!

Sunday, December 21st, 2008

The Christmas Ornaments and “packages” have been completed and already handed out to P’s co-workers. Everyone loved them. P did a lot of work, a lot more than I did; however, I think he enjoyed himself and rediscovering his hidden talents. A few of his co-workers told him to tell me that I did a wonderful job. P would quickly reply by saying, “Hey. I did those.”

Crafts to Remember: Sushi Socks!

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

In November, one of my friends had her baby shower. Every time I go and visit this friend, we have a sushi night. Therefore, when I saw an idea similar to the one below. I just had to repeat it and do it again. She LOVED it! (However, I wasn’t able to see her reaction when she saw them. I couldn’t go to her baby shower. :( ) I think her husband was a little confused when he saw it.
Guys are so funny sometimes! :)
